These terms govern your use of the Arcvision Education website and our tuition services. "We", "us" and "our" mean Arcvision Education Ltd (registered in England & Wales, company number 17333373). By booking a lesson, creating an account, or using our portal, you (the parent, guardian or adult student) agree to these terms.
We provide live, small-group online maths coaching — including competition Maths Olympiad training and university-admissions (TMUA, MAT, STEP) preparation — together with homework, written feedback, learning materials and access to our student portal. Classes are typically capped at four students.
We will provide our services with reasonable care and skill, using experienced coaches. Occasionally we may need to substitute a tutor or adjust a schedule; we will keep disruption to a minimum. We do not guarantee any particular exam result, grade, competition outcome or university offer, as these depend on many factors beyond our control.
All teaching materials, worksheets, problem sets, feedback and website content are owned by or licensed to Arcvision Education. They are provided for the personal, educational use of the enrolled student only. You may not copy, share, publish, resell or otherwise distribute our materials without our written permission.
The portal and its messaging features are for legitimate educational communication. You must not use them to share inappropriate content, harass others, or attempt to access data belonging to other users. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything that cannot be limited under law. Subject to that, our total liability arising out of the services is limited to the fees you have paid us in the previous 12 months, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
The welfare of children is central to how we operate — please see our Safeguarding policy. We handle personal data in line with our Privacy Policy.
You may stop using our services at any time. We may suspend or end services where fees are unpaid, where these terms are breached, or where necessary to protect the safety of a child or our staff.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
We may update these terms from time to time; the "last updated" date shows when. Questions? Email contact@ukmatholympiads.co.uk or call +44 7891 605099.
